Dr. Paul Yost is the Chair and Associate Professor of Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Seattle Pacific University. He was recently Senior Research Specialist, People and Organization Capability, Microsoft. Prior to that he was in leadership development and people research at the Boeing Company where he co-led a company wide longitudinal study of leaders in aerospace called the Waypoint Project, and he is a long time friend and colleague of Dr. McKenna.
